Terms of Service

Last updated 23 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website, the personal website of Zo Alam. By using it, you agree to them.

Information only

Everything on this website is general information. It isn't legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it doesn't create a client relationship. Please get advice specific to your situation before making a decision.

Real estate

I provide real estate advisory through One Broker Group. Descriptions of projects, including Nasim Al Bahr Residences, are for information only. Availability, pricing, payment plans, specifications and handover dates are confirmed on enquiry and may change at the developer's discretion. Images marked as illustrative are not project renderings. Any purchase is governed by the developer's sale and purchase agreement and applicable UAE regulations.

Business setup

Business setup services are delivered through GetBIZ. Licences, visas and bank accounts depend on approval by the relevant authorities and banks, and timelines are estimates.

Marketing, CRM and AI services

Marketing, CRM and AI projects are delivered under a separate written agreement, usually through TVGM, which sets out scope, fees and responsibilities. Results depend on many factors, so no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs and design of this website belong to Zo Alam or are used with permission. Brand names mentioned belong to their owners and are listed to describe past work, not to suggest endorsement.

Links to other websites

I'm not responsible for the content or policies of websites I link to.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
